1. Deputy Manager (Design-E&I)
- BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering
- 6-8 years of experience in designing electrical systems and instrumentation
- Hands-on experience in E&I design, PLC systems, control panels, industrial sensors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, Paladin Design, and Bentley (Electrical Module)
2. Deputy Manager (Logistics)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics
- 6-8 years of logistics management experience in public sector or large manufacturing industry
- Certification/Diploma in Logistics/SCM preferred
3. Assistant Manager (Design-R&D)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering
- 4-5 years of R&D experience in heavy machinery, reverse engineering, materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Creo Parametric, SOLIDWORKS, and 3D scanning
4. Assistant Manager (Design-Structure / Transmission Line Towers)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in designing steel structures and transmission line towers
- Hands-on experience in tower design and software proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, TEKLA
5. Assistant Manager (Contracts)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain Management or Contract Management
- 4-5 years of experience in contract drafting and procurement
- Certification in Contract Management preferred
6. Assistant Managers (Foundry & Forge)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in technical drawings and molding techniques
7. Assistant Managers (Mechanical Works)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in machining and steel manufacturing
8. Supervisors (Tech)
- FSc (Pre-Engineering) / DAE (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Mechatronics)
