Qualifications and experience for higher positions
Among the government posts, the positions of director and child protection officers are prominent, requiring specific educational qualifications and experience. Similarly, Child Protection Officer (Legal) (BPS-17) requires LL.B and 2 years experience in Human Rights or Child Rights Law, while Child Protection Officer (Social Welfare) (BPS-17) Social Work , Masters in Sociology. OR 2 years of experience in Anthropology and Social Welfare required.
Administrative and Technical Posts
Director (Admin & Accounts) (BPS-17) requires MBA (Finance) or MPA with 2 years experience in Administration or Accounts. In addition, Assistant Director (DBMS) (BPS-17) should have 2 years experience in IT or Database Management with Masters in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.
Computer Programmer (BPS-17) requires Masters in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering and 2 years of experience in software development or programming.
Terms and Conditions
- M.Com, MBA (Finance) or MPA degree in second division from HEC recognized university, and 3 years experience in public or private sector.
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering with Second Division from an HEC recognized University, and 2 years of experience in related field is required.
- Candidates in the age group of 22 to 30 years appearing on Punjab Merit can also apply.
- Selection will be purely on merit and will be as per regional or provincial quota policy.

- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test or interview. They will be notified by letter or email.
